Overview
Pureflow is seeking a talented and self-driven servant leader who has experience in Marketing. Someone who is ready to help our organization continue to grow as we aim to Create Opportunities for People to Thrive. As the Marketing Lead, you will develop and customize market strategies for each location based on what works best for that specific branch. You will be reporting directly to the Member Services manager of your branch.

Responsibilities
● Develop and customize market strategies for each location based on what works best for that specific branch
● Work closely with the operations team to establish marketing goals that align with the company’s standards
● Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with the local and boda communities
● Create and organize effective campaigns to boost business growth and attract members
● Create compelling, informative, and captivating content for social media platforms (including websites and blogs) as well as other content marketing channels that the company can utilize
● Exemplify and demonstrate our hospitality model to members and individuals in the community
● Ensure that 15 new applications are received at each location every week
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field from a recognized University
● Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
● Excellent analytical skills
● Strong organizational and time management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time
● Excellent computer and reporting skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
● Skills in any data collection software is an added advantage.
● Must know how to ride motorcycles
