Branch Director

Overview

Pureflow is seeking a talented and self-driven servant leader who has experience in managing and operating a business or financial services location. Someone who is ready to help our organization continue to grow as we aim to Create Opportunities for People to Thrive. As the Branch Director, you will be heading the leadership of the branch and making sure there is professional and personal development of the branch team members as they offer good services to our members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement branch-level strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Managing the branch loan portfolio and ensuring healthy portfolio quality
  • Overseeing branch budgets and controlling operational costs
  • Implement effective loan monitoring systems to minimize defaults
  • Oversee loan appraisal, approval, and disbursement processes
  • Oversee the professional and personal development of the team members at the branch and equip them for future opportunities within Pureflow.
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide timely feedback
  • Vision casting / setting performance expectations for each department
  • Implementing credit risk assessment procedures
  • Build relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders
  • Weekly One on Ones with direct reports + One on Ones with managing departments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role, experience in asset financing is preferred
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office as well as conferencing soft wares such as Zoom and google meet 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and high degree of dependability
  • Good ability to connect with members, Team members and an ability to spot good talent in others. 
  • A Good track record of building and working in a team 
  • Result driven and customer focused
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time
