As the Engagement Lead at the branch, you will report to the Engagement Manager and deliver fellowship, discipleship, and care activities that build strong
relationships and deepen members’ relationship with Jesus.

Responsibilities
The Engagement Lead is responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of team member, member, and community fellowships at the branch, and for providing accurate engagement data and stories to support branch reporting. His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items mentioned below:
- Facilitate weekly team member, member and community fellowships
- Conduct weekly one-on-one discipleship sessions with assigned team members, supporting the Engagement Manager’s discipleship programme.
- Coordinate logistics and participation for branch team member and member events.
- Plan, organise, and execute quarterly member engagement events to strengthen relationships and community spirit.
- Provide care, build and maintain strong relationships with members through weekly care calls, background checks and family visits.
- Support Community Fellowship Leaders in running existing community fellowships, following up on attendance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with community fellowships to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the PS4T programme.
- Identify potential Persons of Peace and community project ideas, and refer them to the Engagement Manager.
- Collect, verify, and submit engagement data within agreed timelines while flagging gaps and trends in engagement data
- Support the administration of member experience surveys and other studies as needed.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Engagement Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Community Development, Social Work, or a related field
- Proven experience in ministry, discipleship, community engagement, or a similar role
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus and a heart for discipleship
- Experience leading fellowships, devotions, or small groups
- Strong interpersonal and care skills, with the ability to build trust with members, team members, and communities
- Ability to collect, verify, and report data accurately; working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language(s) of the branch area
- Willingness to travel within the branch area for family visits and community activities
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
